Directions
Locate inner liquid bubble at mid-section. Grasp outer edges of cold pack with both hands and squeeze firmly to break inner liquid bubble. Shake pack well to mix ingredients thoroughly for best results. Cold pack will turn cold immediately. Apply to injured area. Cold pack can easily be taped in place.
